Whats with all the 3rd party recruiting agencies and their monopoly on job market. I dont quite understand why do firms and companies hire and license these 3rd party recruiters instead of hiring and having people work directly for them? How does this work? I dont quite understand it. Recruiting agencies hire people and professionals and then they marked and try to sell other peoples skills and talents? CareerBuilder is just full of these Aerotech is among one of the largest in the eingeering trade very rarely you will see an actual company post wanted ads. I never was able to understand the logic behind this
aerotek is not a recruiter only. They are a provider temporary employees. Companies like to use them because they don't have to pay benefits and they can downsize by canceling a contract instead of having a layoff.
So both the company and the employee are being screwed by the middle man. they probably dont want to pay pension and stuff and allow others to worry about that. This sound more like a scam to me. Less money no benefits no job security or reliability way to stick it to the working class
