      This is a trick question !

      The loads are completely irrelevant.

      Just copy that sketch, so that it shows the centre of the ball is 40 mm above the top surface of the bracket.

      They don't ask you to supply the thickness of the bracket, work out the tensile strength, the material needed, or the size of the bolts.
      Or the height off the ground.
      Or the make of truck.
      Or the colour of the truck.


      Only that the centre of the ball is 40 mm above the bracket.
