I'm putting together a team of people with special abilities and I need a leader. However in this team, you won't have to hide behind a cowl or a mask, nor will you have to conduct your duties in the dark.

You see; I need a leader, an experienced CAD Design Manager who can get the best out of what will be, a brand new team of CAD Designers. I need a CAD Design Manager who can motivate, direct and nurture a team, a CAD Design Manager who has experience of MRP, CRM, Office, BOM's and of course, CAD Solidworks & 3D drawings.

What you will not get is a front-page spread detailing your latest vigilante acts. Instead, you will get a salary dependent on experience and far exceeding that of the regional average, more holiday time than you can shake a Batarang or vibranium shield at, and… the opportunity to knockout bespoke CAD designs instead of criminals!
