Hi guys, I am a Prod.Engineer Jr.staff at one of Japan automotive company. Currently I am developing new Engine part (cylinder head). I facing an issue here: I have to use all standard machining center BT30/40 to process all machining process elements. My worries is, several process like valve finisher and oil hole long gun drill might be difficult to process at machining center machine (instead of special purpose machine). Any of you guys had experienced regarding this issue? Your opinion and share will be helpfull for me. Thank you, Regards
