Job Description

Responsible for the development and design of small mechanisms. This is encompass stages from concept, modeling, verification, prototyping, and all engineer analysis

Extremely collaborative environment, working with engineers & project managers on anywhere between 3 to 5 projects at a time.

Work alongside the manufacturing department to ensure manufacturability through product launch.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years product development experience in mechanical products

Injection molding manufacturing process experience highly preferred

Strong problem solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis skills coupled with interpersonal skills that creates technically based conflict resolution

Engineering Analysis Experience: Tolerance analysis, DFMEAS, test plans, FMVSS calculations

Extensive experience in 3D CAD modeling (Siemens NX, Pro Engineering or Solid Works) required

Bachelors in engineering, preferably mechanical
