Job Description Act as key stakeholder and contributor in product planning stage(product strategy; roadmaps; price and lifecycle) Identify requirement for product development and technology competency Lead E-Machine R&D team across System, Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Insulation and Thermal design functions Lead competence building and testing in E-machine product development (durability, NVH, insulation, thermo, materials) Ensure R&D team operates at high quality standards The Successful Applicant Master’s degree or above of E-machine; Machinery; Electronics; or related fields Minimum ten years of Automotive industry work experience. Good understanding of market trend and most advance technology in the related filed.
