Just a note.

I managed to get the box to shut by about 70% until I gave up.

I think it boils down to getting the 'large displacement'. And I am sure that with a bit of work, the SW Premium could do it!

So I am setting a challenge here. Can anyone model the box at the top of this thread in an 'open state', i.e. as it would be injection molded. And then use the FEA in SolidWorks Premium to 'close it' using FEA to a nice tight shut.

The prize? I can think of something. Maybe just the honour of winning the challenge, and being very cool, unless anyone can suggest something off Amazon for example that they would like?
