      We are recruiting Mechanical Engineering Consultants or Analysts to operate on a wide range of assignments within our Technology Practice in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be able to, or aspire to, provide innovative technical consultancy services, including developing creative technical solutions for new to market products and manufacturing processes, with a particular focus on process development.

      POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      Qualifications and Experience:
      You will have a proactive and creative approach to your work, showing aptitude and ambition. These skills will be applied to the creation, analysis and development of manufacturing systems and automation technologies:
      • Minimum of a 2:1 honours degree in Mechanical Engineering
      • Thorough understanding and proven experience of mechanical engineering fundamentals
      • Familiarity with the design and development of laboratory automation or manufacturing system equipment
      • Strong analytical and problem solving capability
      • Ability to work within an internal team of experts
      • Customer focus, with a professional and confident communication style
      • Experience in the Healthcare and/ or Food and Drink sectors
      • Competency with 3D CAD, mechanism design and component selection.
