They are a rapidly growing technology innovator, providing solutions to a rapidly-expanding client base of over 10,000 corporate users worldwide. We have need for a Network Systems Administrator to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Mason, OH.

      The PDM Systems Administrator will ensure engineering document control and data management systems are properly defined, developed and maintained. The PDM Systems Administrator will initially complete the setup and initiation of Solidworks Product Data Management (PDM) Workflows. In addition, the PDM Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration of PDM and the data integrity as well as support and backup our EPICOR administrator as required:

      Additionally, you will be responsible for:

      • Documenting procedures and practices related to PDM
      • Managing Solidworks PDM
      • Setting up, updating, and managing the PDM Workflows as necessary
      • Clarifying and administering PDM Groups and PDM Data Cards
      • Issuing PDM Licenses as required
      • Transferring Solidworks Files from development folders to production folders as required
      • Governing and distributing corporate drawing revisions
      • Assisting and backing up the EPICOR (ERP) administrator as required
      Candidate should enjoy being a self-motivated team player who does what it takes to get the job done, and have:
      · Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      · Experienced in rights administration and data entry preferred
      · Experienced in the use of Solidworks PDM or similar PDM software preferred
      · Experienced in the use of EPICOR or similar ERP system preferred
      · Engineering and/or manufacturing experience a plus
      · Strong problem solving and organization skills with high attention to detail
      · Experienced in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
      · A positive “get the job done†attitude is expected. The ability to jump in and get to work with minimal direction and supervision will be of significant benefit.
