Pressure Relief capacity Rupture disc and relief valve

I need to compute relief capacity of a 10" Rupture disc with relief valve (gpm or lb/hr) set at 180psig. Assume fluid is water at 140F vented out into the atmosphere. I tried using asme and api equations but i would get different answer. What is the correct relief capacity and what equation should i use? Thanks.
