      Pls engineers suggest simple DIY-homebuilt method of making propellers.

      For a wood prop, laminate / glue several layers to the approximate shape, rough carve with rasps, working down to finer sandpaper, checking with templates along the way. If you have a CAD model, a CNC router can get you almost all the way to the final sanding. Then you need to balance it...
