Like free body check in Femap is there any check in solid works simulation that all parts are linked and have only one regular path?
Explode your assembly then click on the signal light to reconstruct... if everything goes back in its place then your assembly is correct (ctrl +Z might be helpful if everything goes wrong). The above method is in fact an old trick. SW hve tools to detail the nbr of constraint. Just look at the tools provided in the menu. By checking in the tree were each part is detailed with its constraint you can also quickly determine visually if you need to add some restraint. It's also more convenient to use only a single anchor restraint per assembly.

I have done a simple simulation project i.e., checking the solar panels whether it can take an applied force or not.Without applying the force the supported beams are failed.I have doubt that due to connection problem they are failing I have checked mates also.What to check now?
