Title:System Mechanical Engineer Dept:System Architecture Lab Location:San Jose Assignmentduration: 6 months contract, can be extended 6 months up to a total of 18months (long term assignment) Positionsummary: Systemmechanical engineer to build up 3D mechanical model for a server systems andperformance mechanical analysis and thermal analysis Essentialjob duties: • 40%-develop the server systems mechanical 3D model • 30%-develop the thermal model for a server system • 30%-Mechanicalanalysis and thermal analysis based on the model Qualifications: 1. 5+years of experience on mechanical design 2. Haveexperience both on Solidworks and ProE 3. Haveexperience on server and storage chassis design is preferred. 4. Experienceon thermal simulation and analysis is preferred. 5. Thecandidate need to have solid knowledge on mechanical design as well as hands onskill to build the 3D models 6. Cancreate the mechanical design ideas and create the options to find the bestsolution for mechanical design 7. Self-starterand good team work
