This position reports directly to our Project Services Manager, and requires a self-starter with proven skills in desktop publishing for a highly technical audience. Primary duty is to research, write, publish, and maintain service and operation manuals for custom automation systems. May also create or edit service bulletins or related information for existing systems in the field. This position requires strong computer skills, the ability to read and understand engineering-level documents and machine drawings, and a faultless command of the English language.
