Any math nerds? I posted this image on twitter today as part of my Creo surfacing workshop exlanation to explain the difference between ellipse and hyperbola. Thought it might be a good thread to start about the strengths of the y=x^2 type of conic tool that now resides in Solidworks (finally after 15 years of asking) What are the strengths or pros to this sketcher tool?
