I've applied for entry level jobs at both the Bachelors and Masters levels with no success (note I have a 3.9 GPA from a top university). Any job postings I find for supposedly "entry level" jobs have completely unrealistic requirements for recent graduates, despite the fact that they say "no experience required." These videos I found have let me finally understand why this is happening, and further emphasize how difficult it may be for me to get a permanent position.

A video showing a company talking about their hiring process, which is "to NOT find qualified American workers":

A video showing that there is no shortage of qualified American workers in science and engineering:

Any thoughts or experiences concerning this?
