This IS brutal, why would anyone do this, even if the person is a car thief. He is a human after all. because I am sure if the thief knew there is a flame thrower in the car he would not approach it. not that I am saying I support stealing things. But the guy is human after all. burning him to death like this would be horrible. They could instead design amazing tracking systems for cars and find my iphone type apps. Those would be more humane on the thief’s.
I assume the worry is more about the car occupant getting raped and/or killed than just theft of the car.
