Hi there, I'm looking for a UK based furniture manufacture to produce a prototype of a filing cabinet for me (and hopefully further batches of 50-100).

The product is wood and metal. The wooden parts are circular approx 600mm in diameter and 20mm deep with a circular section in the middle going down to about 5-10mm. There may be some welding of the metal required.

I have suppliers who can do the metal, so if you can just do the wood that's fine.

Look into store fixture and display fabricators; they work with the materials you mention and are accustomed to one-off and low volume custom production.
