Hello, I've been assigned a missing view homework for my Mechanical Engineering course where I'm giving two of the three views and I must add the top view.

The number I chose to complete are the pair highlighted numbers, could anyone help me out? I seem to struggling a lot with these.

 

I certainly can help you on that, but that is going to be tough doing it online. I would create guide lines first, and define your boundaries, and then work on the inside.
